Incorrect modification date for folders

Description
The last modification date for all folders is set to January 1970.
- Assignee changed from Granier Alexandre to Philippe Estival
- Priority changed from Normal to Immediate
- Estimated time set to 2:00 h
- Priority changed from Immediate to Low
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
The modification date has been removed since, in the first place,
it was not designed in the DB and EJB
