The structure of the projects needs to be redefined. The eclipse-projects are the unity that is used for the deployment in an ear. For the time being there are some ejbs that for historical reasons are in cicero and that are used in multiple projects. The same think applies to library code. Some parts of the cicero-library project are not really specific for cicero and should be in other separated libraries. Finally there are mri-tools and mri-component projects elsewhere that should be merged with the corresponding parts in cicero.
