Description
Train the gscd find-foci plugin to find the parameters.
See if in batch mode the mask channel defining the nuclei can be applied.

wrote a macro that detects foci and counts them per nucleus.

Created a toolset that allows to
- count pre-defined (point selection) foci per nucleus
- use the maximum method to detect foci
- use the find foci method (from the GDSC plugin)
improved the nuclei segmentation
corrected some bugs
