ImageJ-macros

Create a macro that automatically counts the number of segments. The segments are crossing each other.
A first approach is:
- subtract image gaussian blur 10
- blur 3
- iso-threshold
- skeletonize
- create mask with particle analyzer min size 30
- run FindSkeletonEndPoints macro
- measure and report nr / 2
