Description

Create a tool that allows to cluster the points and measure the density within a cluster
- first with a minimum distance criterium
- mean shift clustering
- calculate the inertia matrices
- calculate the density

The paper http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cub.2013.09.015 uses this approach for a similar analysis.
The first step is done but still needs to be generalized for 3D data.
