All data is hosted internally by the IT service of MRI. The source code of the project will be made available in a public github repository.

The code is divided into the programs that run on the two different servers and the code that runs on the clients.

User data acquired by the software is subject to a declaration at the CNIL (number 1084525). Unused data must be deleted after 5 years.

The project will be distributed as an open source project under the CeCILL-B license.

The facility is distributed at different places using different IT-networks. The components of the system must be able to communicate in this setup without having to asks the opening of specific communication ports.

The project has been presented as a poster at the "Assises des PF" of the network "RTMFM - Microscopie Photonique de Fluorescence Multidimensionnelle" in 2016 at Montpellier.

The project is an open source project that is available to the scientific community. The source code will be made available under the CeCILL-B license on GitHub.
